Any bride would want to be as radiant as possible with the enthralling gown and wedding bouquet to complete the ensemble.
However, choosing the right wedding bouquet to complement the dress is actually a little tricky that one would initially anticipate.
This is mainly because flowers play a significant role in the ceremony and adds a wonderful splash of color in the photographs and other wedding memorabilia.
Most brides opt to use real flowers, although this is actually more expensive and rather seasonal. Another important thing to consider when using real flowers in the wedding bouquet would be the fact that it doesn’t last long and have the tendency to wilt.
Years go, the cascading bouquet was widely preferred but the hand tied and clutch bouquets are fast becoming popular among brides and her entourage as well.
The choice would largely depend on the size of the bouquet that would best complement the body structure of the bride and the style of the wedding gown as well.
If the bride wants to appear slimmer on her wedding day, the wedding bouquet actually helps effectively hide some slight imperfections. Cascade bouquets for instance will crate an illusion of a taller and leaner body size. If the bride is already quite tall, the hand tide bouquet will be more adequate.
If you want to pull of that fresh garden look, hand-tied wedding bouquet would give the impression of simply having freshly picked flowers straight from the backyard – a rather charming picture, don’t you think?
For petite, it is more advisable to choose round bouquets to give off a more balanced look. However if you prefer not to have real flowers, silk flowers are great alternative because of its durability and aesthetic value.
There are some unioque individuals who certainly want to incorporate their own funky personality in their bouquets. This can easily be done by adding accent to the bouquet such as feathers, ribbons and even shells.
It is mainly a personal choice and keeping it a uniquely personal event that one can relive frequently down the memory lane in the future. Sop if you want to have that unconventional approach, by all means give your imagination and creativity free rein.
After all, it’s not every day you get the chance to hog the spotlight and bask in the adoring eyes of family and close friends, right? Since it is your big day, you are definitely calling all the shots.
