Salmon With Cloves
Juice 1 orange and mix in the orange zest. Place in a dish and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 thinly-sliced peeled fresh ginger, 3 cloves and ½ teaspoon of coriander seeds. Whisk this mixture briefly and use it to marinade 4 salmon steaks.

Chicken And Spinach Curry
For this recipe, you will need sunflower oil, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, fresh ginger, 1.2 teaspoon each of ground turmeric, coriander and cumin, ¼ teaspoon each of garam masala and ground chili, 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped and reduced to a pulp, 700 grams of chicken breast, 150 ml. of coconut milk and 200 grams of spinach.
To cook, heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a sauce pan. Then fry the onion for 1 minute. Add the rest of the herbs and spices and fry for another minute. Add the tomato pulp and the chicken breast, Stir-fry until cooked.
