Though this may also occur in food cooked on a stove or grill too, microwave cooking results in excessive amounts of such radiolytic compounds to be formed.

This has caused authorities in Russia to ban microwave cooking in 1976. Not only is there danger from consuming food cooked in microwaves but also by merely standing in front of a microwave is damaging to the health.

Doctors who have examined patients suffering as a consequence of eating microwave cooked food have found that such people were slightly out of balance and seemed to be highly stressed.

In addition, many kinesiologists have found that 99.9% suffered from allergies as a result of microwave cooking.
