The rapid development in the transportation industry began in the emergence of steam engine.Steam locomotives are the first power provider of early trains in the railways. It was made by burning coal which produces intense steam to give the train a thrust. It is even known to hike up to twice as much as the cost and the distance traveled was way lower. By the end of 1970’s, western countries have completely eradicated steam locomotives.

By the dawn of 20th century, steam powered trains are almost unseen and was even said to only have existed in Western Europe and North America and only served as landmarks for its legacy which is quite a lure for the tourists.
