Rock climbing holds are special devices that are used in most indoor rock climbing activities. Rock climbing is so popular these days that even the acrophobics have learned to battle it out in highest of heights and conquer their fears.
The indoor versions are safer but despite this alternative setting, extra safety tools are required especially for the training beginners.
